London, 22 October 2018 – The World Cement Association (WCA) today releases the WCA Climate Change Action Plan, the association’s manifesto for delivering its contribution to the objectives of the Paris Agreement to keep the global temperature rise well below two degrees.
London, 11 September 2018 – The World Cement Association announced today that JK Cement, one of India’s leading cement producer, has joined the organisation. With JK Cement joining as a Corporate Member, the association has further grown its global network.
Message to members from our chairman
We established the World Cement Association in year 2016 to create a global platform of cooperation among cement companies. Today, WCA corporate members represent a total cement production capacity exceeding 1 Billion tons. The Association is now spans 38 countries around the world.
London, 20 August 2018 – The World Cement Association announced today that Penna Cement, one of India’s largest privately held cement producers, has joined the organisation as a Corporate Member.
London, 15 August 2018 – The World Cement Association announced today that Royal White Cement, one of America’s most influential white cement companies, is the latest addition to its international membership, now spanning 38 countries. Royal White Cement joins as a Corporate Member.
