Founder and Executive Chairman and of Cem'In'Eu


Vincent Lefebvre is the founder and Executive Chairman and of Cem'In'Eu, an industrial start-up that develops a new cement production and marketing concept in Europe with an innovative and flexible approach to the business with strong breaks in supply, logistics, production and selling cement.

The company has 7 innovative cement grinding stations projects at different stages of development in Europe, targeting the markets of France, Switzerland, Southern Germany, Poland and the UK, with the first one in south-western France being currently under construction.

In order to finance its expansion, Cem'In'Eu has raised 35 million € of equity with fully independent Private Partners.

Previously to this venture, Vincent has worked for Holcim during 22 years, being General Manager or CEO in France, Belgium and Spain since 1995. As such, he served as Board Member of SFIC, the French cement association, and Febelcem, the Belgian one, from 2001 to 2009. He was Board Member of Oficemen, the Spanish cement association, from 2009 to 2013, and represented Spain in the Working Group 5 "Markets & Products" of CEMBUREAU during that time.

Vincent has also a good knowledge of ready-mix concrete, prefab concrete, and aggregates markets, having worked as General Manager of these divisions before 2000, both in France and Spain.

Vincent has a Business Degree of Lille School of Management (1983) and the Stanford Executive Program of Stanford University Graduate School of Business (1999)

The dual experience of Vincent as big international group executive and start-up founder, coupled with his strong focus on markets and innovation can offer a valuable contribution to the Board of the World Cement Association.
